THE MORAL POLITICS TEST

NATIONAL SOCIALISM

National Socialism is a moderate form of Economic Authoritarianism.

It sits half-way between the collectivist views of Communism and the acceptance of Capitalism by the Social-Republicans.

This position translates into stronger support for social programs, state ownership (nationalized industries), unions, and goverment intervention (industry regulation) than one typically sees in social-republicanism.

National Socialists, however, stop short of wishing to realize the proletarian revolution.

Note that National Socialism was the initial designation of the Hitler parti, which eventually shifted all the way to the right into Fascism.
